In 2007 I was approached by Fortnum & Mason to commission four, six foot high oak beehives. Each hive has a bespoke entrance designed in a different architectural style – Roman, Mughal, Chinese and Gothic and have been painted in Fortnum & Masons signature eau de nil.
They now have their home on the roof of Fortnum & Masons in London and are used to produce honey for the store.
